This Refund Policy governs the use of Watzen software, including its AI credit system and subscription services, and is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the United States. By using Watzen software, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

General Conditionds

Watzen Software operates on a "see-before-you-buy" basis. We provide, as much as possible, free demonstrations, video previews, or limited versions of the software to enable you to evaluate its functionality prior to purchase. Software documentation is also made available, where applicable. We encourage you to carefully review all resources before making a purchase to ensure the software aligns with your needs.

AI Credits

AI credits are non-tangible, digital tokens that can be exchanged for AI chat queries. Each query incurs a specified credit cost, which will be clearly displayed in a pop-up prior to confirmation.

Refund Policy for AI Credits:

General Non-Refundability: AI credits are non-refundable once purchased and used, in alignment with U.S. consumer protection standards for digital goods.

Exceptions for Technical Issues: In cases of network or server errors directly attributable to Watzen, resulting in the failure of AI credits to function as intended, you may be eligible for compensation. For prompt resolution, please contact our Support Team at info@watzen.ai, providing all relevant details.

Refunds for Unused Credits in Permanent Service Discontinuation: Unused credits will not be refunded except when AI services become permanently unavailable within one year of purchase. In such cases, users may request a refund for their remaining credits.

Subscriptions

Parts of Watzen's services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing on a monthly or yearly basis (“billing cycle”), as selected at the time of purchase.

Subscription Terms:

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew under the same conditions at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy: Subscription cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not typically provided for canceled subscriptions unless otherwise specified at the time of a promotional offer.

Notice for Material Subscription Changes: If subscription pricing or features materially change, we will provide advance notice consistent with U.S. consumer protection laws.

Technical Failures: Network and Server Errors

If technical failures such as network disruptions or server errors affect your credit balance or prevent you from accessing services, our Support Team is committed to addressing and resolving the issue. Additional Terms

No Refunds for Unused or Expired Credits: Unused or expired credits are non-refundable, except as stated for permanent discontinuation of AI services.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Watzen's AI services are experimental in nature and provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
